I DON'T GET IT PODCAST
1 Year ago, I didn't get podcasts. I didn't listen to a full podcast until I listened to the first episode of the I Don't Get It Podcast. I was reluctant to listen to it, but my best friend sent me the episode and said I had to listen to it because it was literally us. Once I listened to the first episode, I couldn't stop. I 'binge' listened to all 107 episodes of the podcast on my commute each day, the gym, getting ready, and whenever I could. I LOVE IT, because it is so relatable. I was watching the Taylor Swift Reputation Tour on Netflix (which Ashely I. would 100% support) and she was talking about how we're all really here and interested in finding something real, that we all have in common. It's all about relatability.

I appreciate stories that I can relate to and this book was one of the most relatable books for me at this time. The Big Life discusses starting your career, the busy life, and building relationships. None of this is easy but yet we are dealing with this every day. This book helped me put into perspective the internal questions and confusion and find motivation.
The stories in this book are from real women who are set out to find and live the Big Life. Knowing the stories and the paths of other ambitious women helped me think about my path and the real possibilities. It's an easy read and on each page you will find something that clicks with you. Use that to build your own big life and in the words of Ann Shoket, "Embrace the Mess, Work Your Side Hustle, Find a Monumental Relationship, and Become the BADASS BABE You Were Meant to Be".
